Privacy Policy

There are absolutely no analytics and no tracking.

There are no advertisements, and you get access to the application for a single price, no in-app purchases!

Dependencies

Search Ops is built entirely in Swift with SwiftUI for presentation.

The application uses three open source packages, realm-swift, swift-collections and SwiftyJSON for the purpose of storing your hosts and parsing JSON.

The realm database is a local on device database, with encryption turned on. A key is generated when you first launch at the application and saved into your iPhone or macOS keychain.

Source code for these dependencies pulled directly from Github using the Swift Package Manager.

There are two links to external websites inside the application. These are highlighted by a link icon 🔗 and are in the settings to view this website (https://searchops.app) and Github (https://github.com/mccaffers/search-ops/) for the purpose of sharing the open source repositories that are utilised in the application.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 26th July 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the by placing a prominent notice on the application.
